Our buying service is fully turnkey. We source on- and off-market homes, assess their suitability and value, and advise on location, condition, future resale and price. Once you choose a property, we handle negotiations, liaise with solicitors throughout the legal process, and stay involved through to completion. If required, we can also support you with renovation and refurbishment plans post-purchase.

Clients often need assistance for all sorts of property related issues such as rental negotiations or property investments (which often leads to a property search). Sometimes a client may have already agreed to buy a property but need assistance during the legal process or with queries they may have about the property.
