Unlike many buying agents, I do not cover the whole of the United Kingdom.
I work and live in Richmond and have built up an established network of important contacts here and in the surrounding areas over many years and this generates new contacts, off market properties and leads daily.
I specialise only in locations where I have a special understanding and detailed knowledge of the current market and the properties available for purchase (which are often not advertised in the market place). This extra edge gives my clients a real advantage in finding and securing their ideal home on the best possible terms.
Most of my business is generated by personal recommendation from previous clients (British, Turkish, Ukrainian, Russian and American to name a few) who say that being represented by an experienced local agent who knows the local market gave them a significant advantage and was critical in securing their purchase and in negotiating the best terms and price - often saving far more than my fees.
I always aim to secure my client’s their ideal home (as opposed to what is just "available") and to negotiate the best price as a matter of course. I understand that my clients also want their dealings to be handled in a confidential and discreet manner and that they receive a personal customer service of the highest standard.
I often source homes for clients which are in need of renovation and, as part of the services I offer, I can also give guidance on the property renovation including putting clients in touch with reputable builders, architects and tradespeople.
